Najah retrieves personal items that were stored with a friend of a friend at this convenience store. She longs for the financial security and professional stimulation she enjoyed in Iraq as a journalist. She's a mother of four and often talks about her children - ages 8, 18, 22 and 24; two are studying on scholarships in Hong Kong and Canada. A third is a dentist in Iraq. She stated that it pains her to not be able to visit them.
