May 9, 2016 - Gasabo Prison - Leonard Karasira, 57, was sentenced, in 2006, to 25-years of imprisonment. "During the genocide I was the mayor of the Ramba district. When the genocide took place I was there and I was involved in it. There are many things that I regret and I apologize for."
